3D Visualizer

Key Roles & Responsibilities

?Develop high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations for real estate projects. ?Produce photorealistic images and virtual tours for interiors, exteriors, amenities, landscape, and master plans.
?Work closely with architects and design teams to understand drawings, layouts, and project concepts.
?Create detailed 3D models from architectural plans, CAD files, sketches, and references.
?Coordinate with marketing to visualize project brochures, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
?Ensure timely delivery of visuals as per project deadlines.
?Maintain a library of material textures, lighting references, and rendering standards.
?Research and implement latest visualization techniques, styles, and software upgrades.

Preferred Candidate Profile

?Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
?Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, camera setup, and scene composition
?Experience in architectural visualization and real estate project rendering.
?Strong artistic & design sensibility with attention to detail.
?Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
?Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Multimedia / Animation / Fine Artsor equivalent certification in 3D modeling & visualization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
