Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative

3D Visualizer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for design, and excellent technical skills to produce high-quality 3D visualizations, animations, and walkthroughs that effectively communicate our design intent.

Key Responsibilities:

Create photorealistic 3D visualizations and renders based on architectural/interior concepts or product models. Develop 3D models from CAD/Sketches/Drawings using 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, etc. Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and visualization goals. Apply materials, lighting, and textures to achieve high-quality renders. Produce 3D walkthroughs, flythroughs, and animations. Maintain organized project files and ensure timely delivery of outputs. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques in 3D rendering and visualization.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role. Proficiency in 3D software:

3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Blender

, etc. Knowledge of

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop

, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Strong understanding of composition, color, lighting, and material application. Ability to interpret architectural and product designs with accuracy. Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or related field. Experience with virtual reality (VR), AR, or real-time rendering tools (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) is an advantage. Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality renderings and animations.
