Job Title:

3D House Designer / 3D Architectural Visualizer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented

3D House Designer

to create detailed and realistic 3D models, renders, and visualizations of residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in architectural design, 3D modeling, and rendering software to bring design concepts to life for clients, architects, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop

3D models of houses

, including interiors, exteriors, and landscapes. Produce

high-quality renders and walkthroughs

for client presentations. Convert architectural drawings, blueprints, and sketches into

accurate 3D visualizations

. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy. Apply materials, textures, lighting, and realistic details to enhance visual appeal. Create

3D floor plans, elevations, and virtual tours

for residential projects. Stay updated on

modern architectural styles, trends, and 3D visualization tools

.

Requirements:

Proven experience 2-4 yr as a

3D Designer / 3D Visualizer

in architecture or real estate. Proficiency in software such as

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion

. Strong understanding of

architectural design principles and residential layouts

. Excellent skills in

lighting, rendering, and texturing

for realistic outputs. Strong portfolio showcasing

house designs, interiors, and exterior renders

. Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with design teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Experience with

VR/AR house walkthroughs

. Knowledge of

BIM software (Revit/ArchiCAD)

. Background in

civil engineering or architecture

is a plus.

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
