Key Responsibilities

Create

photorealistic 3D renders

for interior spaces (residential, commercial, hospitality). Work closely with the design team to

interpret concepts

, space plans, material boards, and moodboards. Develop

3D models, textures, lighting setups

, and walkthrough animations when required. Prepare

quick concept renders

+

final high-quality visualisations

for client presentations. Maintain a strong library of materials, lighting presets, and model assets. Ensure all visuals align with the

studio's design language

and project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in

SketchUp

, V-Ray /

Lumion

. Strong command over

lighting, texturing, detailing

, and material realism. Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawings*, interior layouts, and architectural details.
Ability to understand and translate

client briefs

and design concepts visually. Strong sense of

aesthetics, composition, and colour theory

. Ability to handle

multiple projects

and deliver within deadlines. Experience:

0-1 year preferred
