About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced 3D Visualizer (Architectural) to join our multidisciplinary architecture and design team. The role involves creating photorealistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and visualizations that effectively communicate architectural concepts and design intent. The ideal candidate will combine architectural understanding with advanced visualization skills to produce compelling visuals that bring projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality architectural 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs using industry-standard software (Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, etc.). Translate architectural designs, sketches, and CAD drawings into realistic 3D visuals that reflect materiality, lighting, and context. Work closely with architects, urban designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and aesthetic direction. Ensure visual consistency, accuracy, and design integrity across all deliverables. Prepare conceptual and presentation visuals for client meetings and design reviews. Manage project timelines efficiently while maintaining a high level of detail and quality. Stay updated with emerging trends, materials, and rendering techniques in architectural visualization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, graphics, Animation, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural 3D visualization. Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural visualization and rendering expertise. Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related tools. Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and lighting. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines. Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills. Creative approach and passion for transforming designs into impactful visual experiences.

Pay: ₹8,761.59 - ₹42,643.10 per month
