We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and visualizations for a range of projects, including interiors, architecture, and urban designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D models for interior, architectural, and urban projects and produce high-quality visualizations and renders. Demonstrate a strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques with attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense. Collaborate with design teams to interpret concepts and transform them into visual outputs. Stay updated with the latest design trends and software. Work effectively in a team environment and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders. Be fully conversant with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Must have knowledge of sketchup. Be proficient in the latest architectural software and integrate new technologies into project workflows. Support growth by identifying new opportunities and representing the firm. Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
