About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D visualizer POSM Display Designer to conceptualize, and design impactful Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for retail and brand activation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design POSM displays for both MT and GT Markets Create and Render high quality product shots Create high-quality 3D renderings, and mock-ups for client presentations Translate brand guidelines into innovative retail display concepts Collaborate with brand strategists, graphic designers, and client servicing teams Prepare production-ready drawings, measurements, and material specifications Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and printers Ensure designs meet budget, durability, and retail standards Stay updated with retail trends and fabrication techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-5 years of Experience in relevant field Degree/Diploma in Design, is an added advantage. Experience in POSM / retail display projects Proficiency in 3ds Max/ Blender Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator Understanding of materials and fabrication

Good to Have

Experience with branding/advertising agencies Knowledge of designing artworks for POSM and working in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Degree or diploma in fine or applied arts
