Key Responsibilities:
Transform architectural and interior design concepts into high-quality 3D visualizations, including still images, walkthroughs, and animations.
Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand design intent and requirements.
Develop realistic lighting, textures, materials, and rendering setups to create compelling visuals.
Create mood boards, material studies, and presentation visuals as required.
Optimize 3D models and renderings for presentations, client reviews, and marketing purposes.
Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and visualization techniques.
Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in architecture or interior design.
Strong understanding of lighting, textures, materials, and color theory.
Ability to interpret design drawings, plans, and concept sketches accurately.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic renderings.
