Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
-> Import and work with

Revit

models (created from point cloud data) to create high-quality renderings and walkthroughs.
-> Use

Blender

and/or

Lumion

to apply materials, lighting, environments, and camera animations.
-> Create visually stunning walkthrough videos and animation sequences for client presentations or marketing use.
-> Perform post-processing of images in Adobe Photoshop to enhance visual output.
-> Use

Adobe Premiere Pro

(or similar tools) for video editing and polishing walkthroughs.
-> Collaborate with the BIM team and project managers to understand visualization goals.
-> Maintain a library of materials, assets, and rendering templates for consistency and efficiency.

Required Skills & Tools:

-> Blender - essential for detailed renders and scene creation.
-> Lumion - fast rendering and walkthrough generation.
-> Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator - for image editing and post-processing.
-> Adobe Premiere Pro - for video editing and walkthrough polishing.
-> Revit (Basic) - ability to navigate and import Revit models effectively.
-> Strong sense of lighting, composition, material realism, and visual storytelling.

Qualifications:

-> Degree/Diploma in

Civil Engineering, Architecture, 3D Design, Animation, or related field.
->

0-1 years

of experience in architectural visualization or rendering.
-> Portfolio showcasing rendering and animation work (must be included with the application).

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

-> Experience with Enscape, Twinmotion, or V-Ray.
-> Familiarity with digital twin concepts and BIM workflows.
-> Basic understanding of construction/architecture principles.
-> Knowledge of model optimization for performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
