Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create photorealistic 3D renderings and animations for presentations. Interpret architectural and interior design drawings, mood boards, and sketches. Develop 3D models from CAD drawings or sketches using 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion etc. Apply materials, lighting, and camera angles to enhance visual quality. Work with designers and architects to visualize design intent accurately. Create walkthroughs and flythroughs for project presentations. Stay updated with the latest visualization trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, or a related field. Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role.
1-4 years of professional experience in architectural design or a related field.

Proficiency in 3D visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Lumion). Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Master Collection of Adobe and other post-production tools. Strong understanding of lighting, angles, materials, textures, and composition in Vray & Corona . Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
