Lead and manage the 3D visualization team to produce photorealistic renderings and animations for all key Fashion TV hospitality projects . Define the creative and technical direction for all visuals, ensuring they align with the brand's luxury aesthetic . Oversee the entire visualization pipeline, from model creation to post-production, ensuring the highest quality standards . Mentor, train, and guide junior visualizers, fostering their professional growth . Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and stakeholders to translate high-level concepts into compelling visual presentations . Research, recommend, and implement the latest 3D software, tools, and trends to drive innovation and efficiency . #

Key Responsibility Areas

Set the standard for and oversee the creation of all high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs . Establish and lead the creative translation of brand aesthetics into all visual representations . Manage the visualization team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality . Ensure a superior level of realism and accuracy in lighting, textures, and materials across all projects .
