Location: Kochi

Experience: 1-4 Years (Freshers with strong portfolio may apply)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser to create high-quality architectural and interior visualisations. The candidate should be able to convert drawings and concepts into realistic 3D views and walkthroughs that align with client expectations and company design standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

Create 3D exterior and interior views for residential and commercial projects Develop realistic renders, materials, textures, lighting, and camera angles Prepare 3D walkthroughs and presentation visuals for clients Coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams for design accuracy Revise models and renders based on client and management feedback Maintain project timelines and deliverables

Software Skills Required

SketchUp / 3ds Max V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape / Corona AutoCAD (for reference drawings) Photoshop (basic post-processing)

Requirements

Strong understanding of architectural design and interior detailing Good sense of scale, lighting, color, and materials Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Portfolio of previous 3D works is mandatory

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred) A

strong portfolio
