Responsibilities:
Create photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs for residential projects.
Collaborate with architects to refine designs through visual storytelling.
Balance technical precision with artistic sensibility--light, texture, and atmosphere matter as much as geometry.
Adapt to feedback while maintaining design integrity.
Ideal Candidate:
Have 4+ years of experience in architectural visualization (software: 3ds Max, SketchUp, or equivalent).
Understand how light and materiality shape emotion in a space.
Prefer subtlety over spectacle; your renders feel lived-in*, not staged.
