Location: North Paravur
Positions Available:

3D Visualiser
MEP Draughtsman

1. 3D Visualiser

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and models for interior & architectural projects

Understand design briefs and convert concepts into realistic visual outputs

Work closely with designers and architects to ensure accurate representation

Handle software tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar

Ensure timely delivery of visuals for client presentations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a 3D visualiser in interior/architectural field

Strong portfolio showcasing modelling & rendering skills

Proficiency in 3D design software

Creative mindset with attention to detail

2. MEP Draughtsman

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed MEP drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)

Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and designers for project requirements

Ensure drawings follow industry standards and project specifications

Maintain and update project documentation

Assist in resolving technical and design-related issues

Requirements:

Experience in MEP drafting in construction/interior sector

Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting tools

Strong understanding of MEP systems and standards

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
