Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 3D structural models from architectural and engineering drawings.
Create animated walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and video presentations for client pitches.
Produce realistic textures, lighting, and visual effects to enhance project visualization.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy.
Revise and update models based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
Manage project timelines and deliver visual outputs within deadlines.
Maintain an organized library of 3D assets and project files.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in 3D modelling and animation (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, Lumion, Unreal Engine).
Strong understanding of structural and architectural design concepts.
Ability to convert 2D drawings into accurate 3D representations.
Excellent sense of aesthetics, detailing, lighting, and rendering.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
