Key Responsibilities:

3D Modeling & Visualization:

Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings or animations from 2D designs.

Design Collaboration:

Work closely with clients,architects, designers, and other team members to understand and refine design concepts and meet project requirements.

Technical Application:

Apply sophisticated lighting, texturing, and material techniques to enhance realism in visuals.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

Translate complex design ideas into clear visual presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Software Proficiency:

Master 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender), and potentially VR tools.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects, maintain detailed accuracy, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Continuous Learning:

Stay informed about the latest advancements, software updates, and industry trends in 3D visualization.

Brochure development and designing:

Design Execution:

Using design software (like Canva,3dsMax,photoshop) to create visual elements, including layouts, graphics, illustrations, and images.

Collaboration:

Working with clients, teams,to understand their needs, provide design solutions, and incorporate feedback.

Attention to Detail:

Ensuring designs are visually appealing, well-structured, and effectively communicate the intended message.

Meeting Deadlines:

Balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Staying Updated:

Keeping abreast of design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
