3D Visualizer - Exterior Specialist (5+ Years' Experience)

Job Responsibilities

Create high-quality

3D exterior visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs

for architectural and landscape projects. Develop

realistic lighting, textures, and materials

to achieve photo-realistic outputs. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to interpret

concepts, sketches, and drawings

into compelling visuals. Work on

massing models, facade detailing, and landscape integration

to highlight the design intent. Ensure timely delivery of

render outputs

while maintaining accuracy and design aesthetics. Stay updated with the

latest rendering techniques, software tools, and visualization trends

. Support presentations by producing

3D images, animations, and VR-ready content

when required.

Qualification & Skills Required

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in

Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field

. Minimum

5 years of professional experience

as a 3D Visualizer, with proven expertise in

exterior visualizations

. Proficiency in

3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop

(knowledge of Revit is an added advantage). Strong understanding of

architectural drawings, scale, and detailing

. Ability to deliver

photo-realistic renders under tight deadlines

. Excellent sense of

composition, lighting, and color grading

. Portfolio demonstrating

high-quality exterior rendering works

(mandatory). Good communication and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,953.85 per month
