We are seeking a talented and creative

3D Visualizer

with expertise in both

interior and exterior visualization

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and design, bringing architectural concepts to life through high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Create

high-quality 3D visualizations

for interior and exterior architectural designs. Develop

photo-realistic renderings, walkthroughs, and animations

as needed. Interpret architectural drawings, mood boards, and material specifications to produce

accurate and detailed

3D models. Work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy. Optimize rendering techniques to

enhance realism

and project efficiency. Stay updated on the latest

3D rendering technologies and industry trends

.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in 3D visualization for interiors and exteriors. Proficiency in

3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Photoshop

. Strong understanding of

materials, lighting, textures, and rendering techniques

. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Creativity and attention to detail to achieve realistic outputs. Experience in creating

walkthroughs and animations

is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of

Blender, Unreal Engine, or other rendering software

is an advantage.. Ability to work independently and in a

collaborative team environment
