Job Summary

:

The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and visualizations for luxury residential projects. The role requires strong technical skills, artistic creativity, and attention to detail to ensure the designs reflect our premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

:

Create

photorealistic 3D renderings

,

walkthroughs

, and

animations

for residential and luxury villa projects. Work closely with architects and interior designers to understand design intent. Prepare

3D models

, materials, lighting, and textures using advanced visualization software. Produce

conceptual presentations

, mood boards, and design visualizations for client approvals. Ensure

high-quality output

aligned with project timelines and branding standards. Keep up-to-date with the latest rendering techniques and visualization trends.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or relevant field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer (luxury home or real estate projects preferred).

Proficiency in

:

3ds Max

, V-Ray, Corona Renderer SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop AutoCAD for referencing drawings Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and rendering techniques. Ability to produce

high-quality photorealistic images

within deadlines. Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

:

Knowledge of

VR/AR visualization

tools (optional). Experience in

architectural animation and walkthrough videos

. Good communication skills for presenting design ideas to clients and the internal team.

Working Hours

:

Monday to Saturday | 9 am- 6 pm.

Compensation

:

Salary: Based on experience and quality of portfolio.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
