Job description:

1. Collaborate with the designer during the design phase to discuss and establish a realistic project timeline.

2. Assign a visualizer to each project, consult with the design head, and secure approval for the assignment.

3. Monitor deadlines communicated to the design head; if a deadline is at risk, confer with the senior architect, designer, and general manager to identify alternative solutions for meeting the timeline. If the deadline still cannot be met, provide an updated timeline in advance along with justification.

4. Track the workload of each visualizer, including the number of projects handled and hours spent per room.

5. Provide knowledge transfer to new visualizers on materials, rendering standards, workflow, lighting, and preferred settings according to company guidelines.

6. If a visualizer assigned to a priority project is unavailable, allocate an alternative team member based on current schedules and notify the design head.

7. Develop 3D designs for assigned projects using provided 2D plans and reference images, ensuring accurate material selection, lighting setup, scaling, and model sourcing to match references.

8. Produce final renders only after receiving design head approval; submit all interim changes as test render snippets.

9. If it becomes clear that the agreed timeline cannot be met, promptly inform the design head with a valid explanation.

10. Continuously research new websites and platforms for sourcing models and textures.

11. Perform Photoshop edits for minor adjustments as needed.
