MOCA Architects is seeking a talented and experienced

3D Visualizer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in architectural visualization, 3D modeling, rendering, and design presentation. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and the ability to convert concepts into realistic visualization outputs.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for architectural projects Work closely with architects and designers to develop realistic visual concepts Ensure accuracy in materials, lighting, textures, and structural details Meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of visual output

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, AutoCAD, Corona or similar tools Strong understanding of architecture and interior design principles Attention to detail and a strong creative mindset
