We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with 2-5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong exper se in 3D visualizatione on and rendering, with hands-on experience in Coohom soware or any other equivalent 3D design and visualiza on tools. You will be responsible for crea ng high-quality 3D models, interior/exterior visualiza ons, and realis c renderings as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Create accurate and visually appealing 3D models, layouts, and renderings for interiors/exteriors.
Develop high-quality photorealistic images, walkthroughs, and 3D views based on design briefs and drawings.
Work closely with designers, architects, and project teams to understand concepts and translate them into 3D visuals.
Use Coohom or equivalent so ware to produce efficient and precise visual outputs within timelines.
Make revisions and enhancements based on client or internal feedback.
Ensure consistency, quality, and a en on to detail in all visual deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D visualization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-5 years of proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role.
Strong working knowledge of Coohom so ware or other equivalent 3D visualization tools (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.).
Good understanding of ligh ng, textures, materials, and color schemes.
Ability to read and interpret design drawings and concepts.
Strong creativity, visualization skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in interior design, architecture, or real estate visualization.
Knowledge of animation or walkthrough creation is an added advantage.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
