Job Description

We are looking for a skilled 3D Designer who can conceptualize, visualize, and develop high-quality event setups, exhibition stalls, kiosks, brand environments, and immersive spatial concepts. The ideal candidate should be able to convert creative ideas into realistic 3D renders, walkthrough videos, and detailed working drawings for production.

Key Responsibilities

3D Visualization & Concept Development

Design event stages, thematic installations, exhibition stalls, pavilions, kiosks, and immersive zones. Translate creative briefs and mood-boards into high-quality 3D visualizations. Develop photorealistic renders with strong lighting, texturing, and material accuracy. Create animated walkthroughs and flythrough videos for client presentations.

Technical Drawings & Production Support

Prepare working drawings, layout plans, elevations, material callouts, and fabrication-ready documents. Collaborate with production, fabrication, and vendor teams to ensure design feasibility. Modify designs based on feedback and on-ground requirements.

Software Proficiency (Preferred)

3ds Max

- strong modeling, texturing, lighting

Lumion

- rendering, animation, walkthrough creation

AutoCAD

- technical drawings, plans, and detailed measurements Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools for presentation enhancement is a plus.

Collaboration & Creativity

Work closely with creative, strategy, and client-servicing teams to interpret brand guidelines and experience objectives. Suggest innovative spatial ideas, materials, and formats aligned with event themes. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
