Key Responsibilities:

3D Visualization: Create realistic and artistic 3D renders of interiors, exteriors, and custom furniture. Develop walkthroughs and animations for client presentations. Technical Drafting: Prepare detailed working drawings, plans, elevations, and sections. Coordinate with architects and interior designers to translate concepts into executable drawings. Site Coordination: Make revisions based on site changes and consultant feedback. Maintain drawing logs and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Material & Furniture Representation: Accurately represent materials, lighting, textures, and finishes. Ensure all modular furniture, false ceiling, and lighting details are clearly drafted. Software Usage: Use tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Photoshop.
Key Skills Required:

Strong command of 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona Renderer Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp Experience with Photoshop and Microsoft Office Good understanding of materials, interior details, and joinery Ability to work on tight deadlines with precision Team collaboration and communication
Educational Qualification:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering 2+ years of relevant experience preferred

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
