Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and artistic

3D Visualizer

to join our visualization team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our architects' concepts and reality. You will translate 2D drawings and design briefs into photorealistic 3D renderings that not only showcase the technical details of a space but also capture its mood, lighting, and atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

3D Modeling & Rendering:

Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D models and renders for architectural exteriors and interior spaces using industry-standard software.

Texturing & Lighting:

Apply advanced texturing, lighting, and shading techniques to achieve hyper-realistic results that reflect the true material palette (stone, wood, glass, fabrics).

Scene Composition:

Set up camera angles that best narrate the design story, focusing on composition, scale, and spatial depth.

Post-Production:

Perform post-rendering touches using Adobe Photoshop to enhance lighting, color balance, and add entourage (people, vegetation, background) for a polished final look.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Senior Architects and Interior Designers to understand design intent and make necessary revisions efficiently.

Asset Management:

Maintain and organize a library of 3D assets, textures, and models for efficient workflow.

Deadlines:

Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality visuals within project timelines.
Technical Requirements

Primary Software:

Proficiency in

Autodesk 3ds Max

and

V-Ray

or

Corona Renderer

is non-negotiable.

Secondary Software:

Strong skills in

Adobe Photoshop

for post-production. Familiarity with SketchUp, Lumion, or D5 Render is a plus.

CAD Knowledge:

Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings (plans, elevations, sections) to accurately build 3D models.

Hardware:

Comfort working with high-performance rendering workstations.

Eye for Detail:

Design Sensibility:

You understand architectural proportions and interior styling trends (modern, contemporary, classical).

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing realistic interior and exterior renders is

mandatory

for this application.
