Essential Skills and Experience:
1. 2D Drafting: Must be proficient in fast and efficient 2D work.
2. 3D Visualization: Must be an experienced 3D visualizer.
3. Client Management: Must have strong client-handling skills.
4. Technical Drawings: Good understanding of technical drawings and design detailing.
5. Project Execution: Proficiency in material selection and project execution.
6. Site Experience: Must have strong on-site and field experience to effectively understand and handle site conditions and challenges.
7. Software Proficiency: Expertise in AUTOCAD, 3DX MAX, SKETCHUP, VRAY, ENSCAPE, CORONA, and MS OFFICE.
