About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

3D Visualizer

to join our Visualization team at Tathastu. The ideal candidate should be capable of producing photo-realistic renderings, managing multiple projects, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality static and animated 3D visualizations using SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, and Lumion. Accurately interpret and model from architectural drawings, site measurements, and CAD plans Convert detailed 2D plans from AutoCAD into workable 3D models Model interiors, exteriors, custom furniture, and accessories with precision Design materials, textures, and lighting setups to match design intent and enhance realism Perform post-production using Adobe Photoshop and other relevant software Ensure consistent visual quality and alignment with design concepts and client expectations Lead and coordinate the visualization team; collaborate with architecture, interior design, and BIM departments Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Incorporate client and internal feedback throughout the design process

Requirements:

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent field 1-3 years of experience in architectural/interior visualization Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, and Lumion Familiarity with AutoCAD and ability to read architectural plans accurately Strong understanding of materials, lighting techniques, and post-production workflows Creative problem-solving and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills A strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic 3D visualizations is mandatory

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
