Job Description

We are looking for a talented

3D Visualizer (Exterior)

who can create high-quality, photorealistic exterior visualizations for architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong visualization skills, technical accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively with design teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. 3D Modeling & Visualization

Create detailed 3D models of building exteriors based on architectural drawings and concepts Develop realistic exterior views including facades, landscapes, and site surroundings Ensure accuracy in scale, proportion, materials, and finishes

2. Rendering & Presentation

Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs Work with lighting, textures, materials, and camera angles for lifelike results Create multiple design options for facades, color schemes, and exterior finishes

3. Design Coordination

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams Understand design intent and provide creative visualization support Implement design changes and client feedback efficiently

4. Technical Accuracy

Interpret architectural plans, elevations, and sections into 3D models Ensure visual outputs align with site conditions and construction feasibility Update models as per design or execution-stage changes

5. Software & Tools

Proficiency in tools such as

3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD

Rendering software experience with

V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape

Optimize models for high-quality and efficient rendering

6. Presentation & Marketing Support

Prepare visuals for client presentations, brochures, and marketing materials Deliver visuals aligned with client expectations and branding guidelines

7. Project & Time Management

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Maintain quality consistency across all deliverables Organize and maintain libraries of textures, materials, and 3D assets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field Strong understanding of exterior design and architectural detailing Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
