Key Responsibilities

3D Visualization & Design

Create high-quality

3D interior and exterior renders

for coworking centres and commercial office projects. Develop visually compelling

concept renders

for new coworking spaces, event zones, breakout areas, and meeting rooms. Model furniture, fixtures, architectural elements, and spatial layouts based on AutoCAD plans or design sketches.

Collaboration with Architects & Designers

Work closely with

architects, interior designers, and project managers

to visualize design concepts. Provide creative input in spatial planning, material selections, design elements, and overall look & feel of coworking environments. Support branding teams with 3D mock-ups for signage, graphics, and experiential elements.

Technical Execution

Produce detailed lighting, texturing, and material mapping using

3ds Max, and other rendering engines

. Ensure accuracy in design details, finishes, and material representation. Optimize scenes for faster rendering without compromising quality.

Project Contribution

Support commercial interior projects for corporate clients and coworking tenants. Create design visualizations for pitches, client presentations, and marketing collaterals. Work on layouts for events, exhibitions, and pop-ups within coworking facilities (if required).

Required Skills & Experience

4-6 years of experience in

3D architectural visualization

, preferably in commercial interiors or coworking environments. Proficiency in:

3ds Max

Sketches

Lumion

AutoCAD

Photoshop (for post-production) Ability to create

realistic lighting, textures, and environments

. Experience working on large-scale commercial office projects. Strong creative thinking and ability to produce innovative design solutions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field.

Experience in event stage design, exhibitions, and venue layouts is an added advantage. Familiarity with VR/AR visualization tools is a plus.
