Job Overview:

We, at Satre, are seeking a talented and creative Architectural 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization, with a strong understanding of architecture and design principles. This role involves creating high-quality, photorealistic visual representations of architectural designs and concepts, working closely with architects and designers to bring projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 3D models of architectural designs based on drawings, blueprints, and design concepts. Produce photorealistic renderings and animations of architectural projects using advanced visualization software. Work collaboratively with architects and designers to understand project requirements and deliver visual assets that align with design intent. Develop mood boards, material boards, and visual references to present design ideas and concepts to clients. Produce visual walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and 360-degree views to communicate the design effectively. Participate in design presentations, providing visual support to help explain design ideas. Ensure that the final visualizations are in line with project specifications, deadlines, and client expectations. Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization and architectural design software.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience (2+ years) as an architectural 3D visualizer or in a similar role. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Rhino, SketchUp, or similar. 3Ds Max + Corona preferred. Strong knowledge of rendering engines and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, After Effects). Familiarity with architectural design principles and an eye for detail in spatial composition. Experience in creating animations and interactive 3D presentations is a plus. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams and clients. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills and previous work is required.
