We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer with at least 2 years of experience in USA Architecture to join our team. The 3D Visualizer will work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to develop high - quality visualization of proposed designs and projects.
Responsibilities:
Create high-quality 3D models and renderings of architectural designs.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate visualizations.
Develop 3D animations and walkthroughs for marketing and presentations.
Revise visualizations as needed to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Ensure deliverables meet quality and accuracy standards.
Stay updated on the latest 3D visualization software and techniques.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in US architecture and 3D visualization.
Proficiency in 3DS Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar software.
Strong knowledge of rendering techniques, lighting, and animation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
