: 3D Visualiser - High-Energy Bars & Restaurants

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

3D Visualiser

to join our dynamic team, specializing in high-energy bars and restaurants. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional visualization skills and a passion for creating immersive, photorealistic environments that reflect our brand's innovative and vibrant aesthetic. You will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and branding teams to translate concepts into visually stunning 3D renderings and animations.

Key Responsibilities

3D Modelling and Rendering

Develop detailed 3D models and high-quality renders for bar and restaurant interiors, exteriors, and installations. Ensure designs accurately reflect the project's creative and functional goals.

Conceptualisation and Design

Work with creative teams to translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling 3D designs. Create mood boards, lighting studies, and material palettes aligned with the project's theme and target audience.

Collaboration

Partner with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on design vision. Adapt visuals based on feedback to refine and perfect the concept.

Technical Proficiency

Generate walkthroughs and flythrough animations to help stakeholders visualize the space. Optimize 3D assets for presentation and VR/AR applications.

Project Management

Maintain timelines and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously. Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to high-energy hospitality spaces.

Requirements

Experience:

3-5 years in 3D visualization for hospitality, retail, or related fields.

Software Proficiency:

Expertise in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Rhino, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Design Sensibility:

Strong understanding of architectural detailing, spatial layouts, and lighting techniques.

Portfolio:

Demonstrated ability to create photorealistic renders and innovative designs (submission required).

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas effectively.

Problem-Solving:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges in 3D rendering workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with real-time rendering tools such as Unreal Engine or Twinmotion. Familiarity with AR/VR tools for immersive presentations. Knowledge of sustainable design practices in hospitality. A keen interest in the latest trends in bar and restaurant interiors.
