:

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of 3D modeling and rendering software, and the ability to produce high-quality visuals for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Modeling & Rendering:

Create realistic 3D models, visualizations, and animations for architecture, interior designs, products, and other projects.

Collaboration:

Work closely with design teams, architects, and other departments to ensure designs are visualized accurately.

Project Delivery:

Ensure timely delivery of 3D renderings, animations, and visual presentations according to project requirements.

Quality Control:

Maintain high standards of quality in all visualizations, ensuring that final outputs are polished, accurate, and detailed.

Presentation:

Create compelling presentations and walkthroughs that effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.

Lighting & Texturing:

Apply advanced lighting techniques and realistic textures to enhance the quality and realism of visuals.

Revisions:

Incorporate client feedback and make revisions to 3D visuals as needed.

Stay Current:

Keep up to date with the latest software, trends, and techniques in 3D visualization and design.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum

2 years

of professional experience in 3D visualization or related fields.

Software Proficiency:

Expert knowledge of 3D software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar; strong experience with rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, etc.); Lumion, Autocad, Sketchup, Enscape, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.).

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques for creating photorealistic visuals.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D visualization work (architecture, interior design, product design, etc.) with attention to detail and realism.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and clients.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a keen eye for detail and quality.

Creativity:

Strong creative skills and an eye for design, with the ability to think outside the box and offer innovative solutions.

Desired Skills:

Animation & Video Editing:

Experience in creating 3D animations or video walkthroughs.

VR/AR Experience:

Familiarity with virtual and augmented reality visualization techniques.

Project Management:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Education:

A degree in Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
