We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

3D Visualizer

with a strong architectural background to join our team in

Mumbai

. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working on

exterior visualizations of high-rise commercial buildings

and delivering photorealistic renders.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and renders focusing on

exterior views

of

high-rise commercial projects

. Develop

detailed textures, lighting setups, and materials

to enhance visualization outputs. Collaborate closely with architects, design leads, and stakeholders to interpret project briefs and translate concepts into compelling visuals. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality. Provide creative input and feedback during the design development stage. Stay updated with the

latest trends, software, and technologies

in architectural visualization. Understand architectural drawings, plans, and construction details for accurate representation in 3D.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

in 3D architectural visualization. Proficient in

3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop

, and other relevant tools. Strong portfolio with a focus on

exterior high-rise commercial buildings

. Knowledge of

architectural design principles

and construction workflows. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Must be based in

Mumbai

and willing to work from the office/studio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
