The 3D Visualizer will collaborate closely with our interior designers and architects to translate design concepts, drawings, and mood boards into high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, strong spatial understanding, and technical expertise in rendering software.
Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and animations for residential and commercial projects.
Work closely with the design team to interpret concept sketches, CAD drawings, and mood boards into photorealistic imagery.

Develop materials, lighting, and camera setups for realistic output.
Manage render libraries (textures, materials, 3D assets).
Ensure all visual presentations align with brand aesthetics and design intent.
Collaborate with project leads to make design adjustments during the visualization process.
Optimize models for render efficiency without compromising quality.
Keep up-to-date with software updates, visualization trends, and new rendering techniques.

Required Skills & Expertise
3D Modeling & Rendering Tools:
SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion (depending on project workflow).
Design Tools: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Suite (for post-production).
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and materials.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of architectural detailing and spatial planning.
