Job Description

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Arts, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in 3D visualization for interior design/architecture .

Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic renderings and diverse project types

Expert proficiency in: 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer.

Proficiency in: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, After Effects

. Knowledge of: Lumion, Unreal Engine, Blender (preferred)

Understanding of lighting principles, composition, and color theory

Experience with post-production and image editing techniques
Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects Develop photorealistic interior and exterior visualizations from architectural drawings and design concepts Collaborate with designers and architects to understand project requirements and design intent Produce walkthrough animations, 360 panoramas, and virtual reality experiences Ensure accurate lighting, materials, textures, and atmospheric effects in all renderings Meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards Stay updated with latest 3D software, rendering techniques, and industry trend.
