About the Role

Are you a 3D Artist who loves seeing their designs come to life? We are a fast-paced Real Estate & Interior startup looking for a

3D Visualizer & Design Consultant

.

Unlike traditional design roles where you sit behind a screen all day, this is a

client-facing role

. You will be responsible for creating stunning 3D renders and then using your communication skills to present and "sell" these visions to our property buyers.

Key Responsibilities

High-Quality Rendering:

Create photorealistic 3D interior and exterior renders using 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, or Lumion.

Client Consulting:

Accompany the Relationship Managers to client meetings or sites to explain design possibilities and convince them of the property's potential.

Technical Drafting:

Prepare 2D layouts and floor plans in AutoCAD that align with the local real estate market standards.

Site Visits:

Visit project sites in New Town/Rajarhat to take measurements and ensure that the "Vision" matches the "Reality."

Sales Support:

Use your designs as a tool to help the sales team close high-value property and interior contracts.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

Expert-level proficiency in

3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, AutoCAD, and Photoshop

.

Real Estate Knowledge:

A solid understanding of the Kolkata real estate market, including common flat layouts and local materials.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional

convincing power

. You must be able to speak confidently in Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus) to explain design ROI to clients.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing residential interior and exterior walkthroughs.

Commute:

Must have a two-wheeler for travel between the office and project sites.
