JOB SAMMARY

We are Looking For 3D Designer Executive in construction & Building Material Company - Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) who is responsible for creating detailed 3D models and visualizations of building facades and structures using ACP, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring designs meet project specifications and industry standards. This role requires expertise in 3D modelling software, a strong portfolio, and excellent communication and project management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

3D Modelling & Visualization:

Develop detailed 3D models and realistic visualizations of building exteriors, facades, and structural elements utilizing Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP).

Design Collaboration:

Work closely with architects, engineers, clients, and project stakeholders to understand design requirements, incorporate feedback, and refine concepts.

Technical Specification Adherence:

Ensure all 3D designs comply with technical specifications, building codes, and material properties of ACP.

Material Application:

Demonstrate proficiency in representing ACP materials, finishes, and their application in 3D environments.

Rendering & Presentation:

Produce high-quality 3D renders, animations, and visual presentations to effectively communicate design proposals to stakeholders.

Software Proficiency:

Utilize specialized 3D design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant CAD software.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Industry Trends & Quality Control:

Stay updated on the latest 3D design software, ACP technologies, and ensure consistency and quality across all design elements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in 3D graphic design, architecture, engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 3D modelling and visualization, preferably with a focus on architectural or construction projects and ACP applications.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing 3D design work, particularly in architectural visualization and ACP projects.

Software Skills:

Excellent working knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, AI CorelDraw).

Soft Skills:

Strong conceptualization skills, excellent communication (verbal and written), time management, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
