We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled

3D Team Lead

to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in 3D production, with the ability to take ownership of projects, guide the team, and ensure high-quality deliverables. This role requires not only technical excellence but also leadership qualities, business awareness, and an innovative mindset to stay ahead with the latest industry and AI-driven trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the 3D production team with full ownership of responsibilities. Create and oversee project pipelines and ensure smooth production workflows. Contribute actively in modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation. Ensure high standards in modeling and texturing, with proficiency in hand-painted textures. Collaborate with the team to deliver creative, high-quality results within deadlines. Stay updated with emerging tools, technologies, and AI in the 3D industry. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring skill growth and effective communication.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong expertise in

3D Modeling

(all types) and

Texturing

(including hand-painted textures). Good understanding of

3D production pipelines

and workflow management. Knowledge of

Lighting and Animation

. Skilled in industry-standard 3D software and tools. Additional knowledge of

Unreal Engine

and

Marvelous Designer

is preferred. Business awareness with the ability to align creative work with project goals. Innovative and eager to learn new technologies, especially in AI and 3D production.

Experience:

Minimum 2+

years of experience

as a 3D Lead. * Overall

4+ years of experience

in 3D production.
