Role: Project Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator who has experience in the design field, preferably with exposure to AR/VR, 3D, or immersive technology projects.
Primary ResponsibilitiesDeliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
Develop and track detailed project plans
Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost using the right tools
Coordinate with clients to gather and clarify requirements (travel may be required)
Measure progress using project management tools and techniques
Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Identify and sequence project activities effectively
Allocate resources (time, budget, equipment) efficiently
Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments for successful delivery
Preferred Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience
Must be from South India
Immediate joiner
Strong background in the design field
Experience handling AR/VR, 3D, or immersive tech projects is an added advantage
