Position Summary:
Support the creation of creative assets for marketing, digital, and print with a focus on 3D elements.
This role guarantees brand uniformity and alignment with global creative direction by adapting, refining, and finalizing 2D and 3D constructs based on established guidelines. Collaborating closely with creators, animators, writers, and project leaders, this expert aids in producing engaging visual content including product visuals, motion graphics, and immersive visuals.
Perfect for those with solid production composition basics and experience in 3D creative tasks who excel in meticulous settings and aim to realize concepts in static and moving forms.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Execution & Production

• Adapt and finalize creative assets for use across digital, print, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop high-quality 3D models, product renders, and motion assets that align with project objectives and brand standards.
• Collaborate with creative leads to translate visual concepts into dynamic, photorealistic animations or stills.
• Modify, fine-tune, and adapt 2D and 3D assets for diverse platforms and formats.

3D Visualization & Animation

• Develop and animate product models with software such as Blender, Cinema4D, Maya, or 3ds Max.
• Generate lighting, texturing, and rendering solutions that elevate the quality of final assets.
• Work with cross-functional teams to visualize complex scientific or technical concepts through 3D and motion development.

Collaboration & Workflow

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and interested parties to sync timelines and creative expectations.
• Follow structured workflows for asset production, version control, and delivery.
• Maintain and coordinate a library of reusable design and 3D assets.

Quality Control & Brand Compliance

• Ensure visual consistency across all assets-2D and 3D-in line with brand guidelines.
• Conduct final QC reviews on animations, renders, and layout files prior to delivery.
• Continuously improve execution by staying current with design and animation standard methodologies.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic building, motion composing, 3D developing, or animation inventing.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion/3D applications including Blender, Cinema4D, After Effects, Maya, or similar software.
• Proficient knowledge of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy for both static and dynamic composition.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with versioning, workflow tools, and structured production pipelines.
• Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours while being located in Bangalore, India.
