Job Description

:

Professional Experience: 5-10 Years of 3D Modeling using latest version of S3D/PDMS/E3D& 2 D Drafting and developing layout engineering deliverables using latest version of MicroStation, AutoCAD in Electrical discipline.

(Offshore Project Design Experience in Greenfield Process Platform/ Greenfield Well Platforms and some Offshore modification Projects preferred. Clients:ONGC/Saudi Aramco etc)

Role: To execute the 3D Modeling and 2D Drafting activities in a Project.

The candidate should have good 3D Modeling& Extraction experience of Cable Trays and Supports/Light Fixtures and Supports/Electrical Equipment like Panels, Transformers, Junction Box's, Receptacles, LCS, MCT's, Battery with racks, Lighting Switches, Sockets, Navigational Aid Lantern, Solar Panels with appropriate Mounting arrangement etc.

Knowledge of Macro generation is preferred.

Generation of Isometric& Section Views

Generation of report for MTO (Cable Trays & its supports etc), WCR etc. from 3 D Model.

3D coordination with other disciplines (e.g. Structural, Piping, Instrumentation, Mechanical,3D -Coordinator / Administrator) for necessary inputs and clash free Modeling.

The candidate should have good 2D Drafting experience to prepare documents / deliverables like

Single Line Diagrams/Schematic /Interconnection Drawings/Installation Dwgs/Electrical Equipment Layouts like Cable Tray& Supports/MCT, Lighting Layout, Earthing Layout, Power Layout, Solar Panel Layouts etc/ Hazardous Area Classification Layout/ Bulk MTO

Candidate should have a good understanding and review capability of Electrical & Piping Layouts, structural Framing Plans etc.

Key relationships Internal to organization: Interaction with 3D Co-ordinator/Modelers/ 2D Designers & Lead Checkers.
