3D Modelling

: Create detailed and accurate 3D models for architectural projects using advanced modelling techniques.

Visualization

: Develop high-quality visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Design Collaboration

: Work closely with architects and design teams to integrate 3D models into project workflows and enhance design accuracy.

Quality Assurance

: Ensure that all 3D models and visualizations meet project specifications and quality standards.

Creative Input

: Provide innovative solutions and creative input to improve the visual representation of architectural designs.

Software Proficiency

: SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray

Key Requirements

Experience

: 5-10 years of professional experience in 3D modelling and visualization, specifically within the architectural sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant field. Specialized training in architectural modelling is preferred.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in leading 3D modelling and visualization software tools.

Project Management

: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work on time.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field Certification in advanced 3D modelling techniques
