Job Description

- Create detailed 3D models of landscape designs, including planting layouts, hardscape elements, and topographical features.

- Develop realistic textures, materials, and lighting for landscape renderings that reflect varying seasons and times of day.

- Collaborate closely with landscape designers and architects to ensure designs are accurately represented and meet project specifications.

- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar for modeling and rendering tasks related to landscape projects.

- Prepare and present high-quality visualizations and animations to clients for design approvals.

- Ensure all renders and models adhere to industry standards and effectively communicate design intent.

- Stay updated on trends in landscape architecture and visual rendering to bring innovative ideas to projects.

- Assist with project documentation and presentation materials as needed.

Pay: Up to ?300,000.00 per year
