We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

3D Visualizer

with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the

real estate sector

, to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visual content to bring architectural concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D visualizations, interior/exterior renders, and animations. Work on architectural visualizations for real estate projects including floor plans and walkthroughs. Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and the marketing team. Ensure timely delivery of visuals while maintaining quality standards. Use reference material and design briefs to develop accurate and compelling visual outputs.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

3ds Max

,

Photoshop

, and

CorelDRAW

. Familiarity with

V-Ray

,

Corona

, or other rendering engines. Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and camera composition. Knowledge of post-production techniques using Photoshop. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10+2 or Any Bachelor's Degree. Proven experience in 3D visualization for

real estate, architecture, or interior design

Preferred:

Experience with AR/VR tools or motion graphics is a plus. Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
