We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. Ability to design all type of Interiors using

3ds Max or Sketchup Software with Vray or Sketchup With Vray or Lumion

also to be known with

AutoCAD making 2d Layouts for Interiors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for interior design, excellent creativity, and proficiency in utilizing various design software tools. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects, from initial concept to final implementation.

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative and creative interior design concepts that meet clients' requirements and expectations. Create detailed 3D models and visualizations using 3ds Max Software with Vray, Sketchup with Vray, and Lumion. Produce high-quality renderings and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and project feasibility. Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules. Lead and mentor junior design staff, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the field of interior design. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. Proficiency in 3ds Max Software with Vray, Sketchup with Vray, and Lumion for 3D modeling and rendering. Expertise in AutoCAD for creating 2D layouts and technical drawings. Excellent design sense and attention to detail. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client preferences.
