We are hiring for a 3-d Designer for Abhayam Architects.

Skills:

3-D modelling like Sketchup, 3D max etc.

Managing processes relating to the project's design to ensure that everything is delivered to schedule and budget. Reviewing and advising on designs, ensuring they meet regulatory and legislative requirements and the organizations brief. Assisting in developing Design Delivery Schedule along with Client, Project Manager, Design Managers and consultants. Participating in design meetings and providing continual input to optimize design. Evaluating and motivating designers toward continued growth. and leading design solutions. Encouraging and inspiring design consultants to produce their best work. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimating costs. Advising on the selection of materials used and other aspects of procurement. Reviewing and analyzing all contractors and sub-contractors construction bids, tenders, work scope and schedule. Overseeing and directing construction projects from design conception until completion. Negotiating terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtaining necessary permits and licenses. Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation, standards and codes of practice. Keeping up-to-date with changing building legislation and codes of practice relating to design. Managing and maintaining record keeping of original artwork files and all projects.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
