3D Architectural Designer (Interior & Exterior)

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

/3D Architectural Designer

with expertise in both

interior and exterior design

. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of

2 year of professional experience

and be proficient in industry-standard software such as

3ds Max, V-Ray, Chaos Vantage, Lumion, SketchUp, and AutoCAD (2D/3D)

. A strong passion for turning architectural concepts into compelling visual realities is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior architects, interior designers, and project managers to develop and refine 3D design solutions for both interior and exterior spaces. Produce accurate floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max. Create high-quality renderings and visual presentations using tools like V-Ray, Lumion, and Chaos Vantage to effectively convey design concepts. Design functional and aesthetically pleasing interior layouts and exterior elements, ensuring adherence to project requirements and building codes. Meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in architectural design and visualization.
