Role Overview:
The Head - 3D Rendering Specialist is responsible for leading the visualization strategy and execution for luxury real estate developments and large-scale architectural township projects. The role ensures delivery of world-class, high-fidelity 3D renders, films, and immersive visuals that translate architectural vision into compelling visual narratives aligned with premium brand positioning and global design standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Visualization Leadership

• Define and lead the visualization strategy for luxury residential, mixed-use, and township-scale developments.
• Establish global benchmarks for quality, realism, and storytelling in architectural visualization.
• Ensure consistency in visual language across projects, aligned with brand identity and luxury positioning.

2. Luxury Real Estate & Township Visualization

• Oversee development of high-end exterior and interior renders, master plans, aerial views, and large-scale township visuals.
• Translate architectural, urban planning, landscape, and interior design concepts into aspirational and accurate visual outputs.
• Ensure visual narratives highlight scale, lifestyle, connectivity, and long-term vision of township developments.

3. Design Accuracy & Technical Excellence

• Work closely with architects, urban planners, landscape designers, and interior teams to maintain design integrity.
• Ensure accuracy of materials, lighting, scale, context, and detailing in all visual outputs.
• Review and approve all renders, animations, and walkthroughs before final delivery.

4. Innovation & Technology Adoption

• Drive adoption of advanced rendering techniques, real-time engines, and emerging AI-based visualization tools.
• Continuously upgrade studio capabilities to improve quality, speed, and efficiency.
• Explore immersive technologies such as VR/AR, interactive walkthroughs, and experiential presentations.

5. Studio & Project Management

• Lead and mentor the 3D rendering and visualization team across multiple projects.
• Plan studio capacity, timelines, and resource allocation for high-value luxury and township projects.
• Coordinate with external visualization partners, freelancers, and vendors when required.

6. Stakeholder & Client Interaction

• Present visual concepts and final outputs to senior management, architects, consultants, and marketing teams.
• Support sales, branding, and investor communication through impactful visual storytelling.
• Incorporate feedback while preserving design intent and luxury quality benchmarks.

Job Expectations:
Required Skills and Experience:

• Advanced certifications in visualization, digital design, or AI tools will be an added advantage
• Strong exposure to luxury real estate, large-scale residential, and township or master-planning projects
• Expertise in industry-standard tools such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Unreal Engine, or equivalent
• Strong command over lighting, materials, textures, composition, and photorealistic rendering
• Knowledge of real-time rendering, drone-style aerial visualization, and large-scale master-plan visualization
• Familiarity with AI-based enhancement and workflow automation tools is an advantage
• Strong aesthetic sensibility for luxury and large-scale developments
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and review capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail with a results-oriented mindset

Minimum Qualification: Batchelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Communication or related discipline
Minimum Job Experience: 10-15 years of experience in architectural visualization. Minimum 4-6 years in a senior or lead visualization role
