About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and versatile

3D Generalist

with at least

2 years of professional experience

in 3D production. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across multiple areas of the 3D pipeline, including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation.

You will be working closely with our creative and technical teams to produce high-quality 3D assets and scenes for films, commercials, virtual production, and other digital media projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and develop 3D assets, environments, and props with attention to detail and realism. Work across the entire 3D pipeline -- including modeling, UV mapping, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing. Collaborate with animators, rigging artists, and VFX specialists to ensure seamless project integration. Optimize assets for performance while maintaining visual quality. Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain workflow efficiency. Stay updated with the latest 3D tools, plugins, and production techniques.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a 3D Generalist in a production environment. Proficiency in

Maya / Blender / 3ds Max

(knowledge of any one or more). Strong understanding of

texturing

(Substance Painter / Photoshop) and

lighting & rendering

(Arnold / V-Ray / Unreal Engine). Basic knowledge of

rigging and animation

workflows. Familiarity with

compositing tools

such as After Effects or Nuke is a plus. Excellent artistic sense, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

virtual production

,

game asset creation

, or

cinematic animation

projects. Knowledge of

Unreal Engine

will be an added advantage. Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and quality of work.
